At Adcorp Computers we consider the ICT industry,
a service industry. That's why we don't just sell boxes. Most of our time is spent
providing the service and support that small businesses need. And with each sale we offer full installation, configuration and
data transfer. Our services are all time based, charged at the end of the service. However, we do offer some fixed priced services for common tasks, and we also offer a maximum limit to all emergency services to limit the unexpected costs when things go wrong.
On-Site Technical Support
Our qualified,
mobile technicians have extensive experience with most business products.
All our technicians are Microsoft Certified and equipped to get to the true source
of your issue fast. We don't charge travel, or callout fees,
and there's no charge if we can't find a solution.
Our Fee is: $75 per 30 mins On-Site
Phone Technical Support
We understand that many issues can be
solved with a short 5 minute call. If your issue can be solved in less than 5 minutes over the phone, there's usually no charge
for existing client. However charges may be applicable should the support call take longer
or for businesses we haven't dealt with before.
Our Fee is: $25 per 12 mins
Remote Technical Support
Using the latest remote technology, we can often provide
that on-site support without the delay involved in travelling to your site. Remote access
allows us to login and help instantly.
Our Fee is: $12 per 6 mins connected
